The Foundation Archive of the German Women's Movement realizes a wide range of projects in all fields of activity with a main emphasis on research. Questions of women's and gender history are examined from historical as well as socio-scientific, political and philosophical points of view.

Moreover, the foundation runs projects which aim to improve access to the holdings and allow better utilization of the sources, e.g. (online) indices and register books for journals.

Activities in the fields of culture, art and education policy help to make topics concerning the history of women's movements and their impact on today's society available to the public.
